BOOKING INFORMATION
Reservation / Deposit / Full Payment
Reservations should be made through your travel agent of Malaysia Airlines offices at least 9 working days before departure date. Upon confirmation of tour, you will be advised on the deadline for payment of deposit and full payment.
The deposit is RM50.00 per person and is non-refundable.
Single Tour Price
The single tour price must be paid when a person is travelling alone, whether by choice or due to circumstances.
Accompanying children and infants
Child price applies to children aged 2 years and above but below 12 years old, sharing a room with adults. There is no tour price for infants below 2 years but they will be charged 10% of the applicable airfare.
Cancellation Fee/Refund
After commencement of travel, no refund, in part or full, will be given for services included in the programme which have not been utilised. In the event of cancellation after deposit and / or full payment, the following fee will apply:
Cancellation made more than three (03) working days before departure: deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation made within three (03) working days before departure: 50% of the package payment will be forfeited.
No-show: No refund of package payment.
A fee of RM25.00 per person will apply for any reissue of documents.
A handling fee of RM30.00 per person will be charged for documents submitted for refund.
Extension Stay
Extension of stay rate offered by Golden Holidays includes daily accommodation and breakfast. Payment of extension stay must be made prior to departure and must be used within the ticket validity period of ten (10) days.
Ground Tour Handling
Malaysia Airlines endeavours to provide exclusive ground handling on all transportation and sightseeing services. However, tour members may be placed on a seat-in-coach basis, where necessary, due to insufficient group size.
Travel Document
It is tour member's responsibility to ensure that they have valid travel documents.
Package Price Excludes:
Beverage, meals not specified in the tour itinerary, laundry, room service, cable and telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, airport taxes, insurance and fuel levies and all other items of a personal nature not specified in the tour itinerary.
Free Baggage Allowance
20kg per person on Malaysia Airlines flights. Excess baggage will be charged at the normal rate.
Hotel Check-in / Check-out Time
Early check-in and late check-out time will be at hotel's discretion and subject to availability. Normal check-out time is 12.00 noon. Any late check-out charges incurred will be at the passenger's own expense.
Tour Cancellation
Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason. Should this happen, the entire payment will be refunded without any further obligation on the part of Malaysia Airlines.
Change of Itinerary
Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to change the itinerary, with or without notice, due to operational reasons.
Loss of Services Orders / Vouchers / Coupons
Passengers are advised to ensure that their services order or coupon are in order. Any discrepancies, i.e. loss of service orders, missing coupons, incorrect coupon data, discovered on arrival will be entail passengers having to pay for themselves.
