We provide airframe maintenance services and modifications tailored to your requirements - ranging from A through B, C and D checks for aircraft types B747, B777, A330, B737 Classic & NG, A320 families and F50.

For the past 30 years, we have performed more than 300 heavy maintenance on all the above-mentioned aircraft types, surpassing all expectations.

In addition to the standard heavy maintenance checks, we also offer ageing aircraft programmes, corrosion prevention programmes, Passenger To Cargo aircraft conversions (PTF), blended winglet installations, VIP cabin refurbishments, lap-joint modifications, cabin and cockpit upgrading. Our capabilities also includes B747 pylon and Section 41 modifications.

• Technical Services: Evaluations of AD/SB, engineering and technical support, reliability programmes, management of technical manuals from OEM and manufacturers.


• Quality Assurance: Maintenance of technical records, investigation and surveillance of aircraft incidences and conducting of quality audits.


• Planning: Maintenance of approved schedules, development of maintenance work packages, scheduling of aircraft maintenance activities and the embodiment of AD/SB.

We provide engineering and maintenance training for Basic and Aircraft Type courses for ATR, DHC 6, Dash 8, F50, B737 series, A320 families, A330, B777 and B747 aircrafts.

Furthermore, we offer engine ground-runs with simulator training for aircraft maintenance engineers, workshop engineers, technicians, mechanics and technical personnel.

Our Technical Training Facilities consist of:

• 17 classrooms (including 5 electronic classrooms)


• 4 computer-based training rooms


• 2 audio-visual aids rooms


• 1 theatrette with a seating capacity of 125 people


• 1 student's lounge

In addition, we collaborate with the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) and Malaysian Institute Aerospace Technology (MIAT) to generate skilled workforce in supporting the growth of the country's aerospace and aero technology industries.

Our mechanical component workshop is fully equipped to carry out repair and overhaul on components of B747, B777, A330, B737 Classic & NG, A320 and F50 aircrafts,. Our workshop which includes saperate testing facilities can cater for:

• Landing gear - for B737 and F50 aircrafts
  
• Fuel system - fuel flow regulators/systems, MEC and nozzles
  
• Hydraulic - pumps, regulators, actuators and valves (synthetic/mineral-based)
  
• Hydrostatic - Nitrogen bottles
  
• Sanitary - toilet pumps and components
  
• Airframe accessories - screw jacks, gear boxes and flap transmissions

Our avionics workshop is fully equipped with the latest and most sophisticated facilities to carry out repair, overhaul and testings for B747, B777, A330, B737 Classic & NG, A320 families and F50 components.

Our workshop caters to four categories of components:

• Electrical - relays/contractors, generators, pumps, fans, actuators, batteries, galley equipment, lightings and electrical power controllers


• Instrument - sensors, conditioners, amplifiers, oxygen equipment apparatus, indicators, flight data recorders and inertial sensor computers


• ATEC - equipped with ATEC systems such as ATEC 4000, ATEC 5000 and ITS 700


• Radio - receivers/ transmitters, cockpit voice recorders, radar receiver/transmitters and cabin entertainment system components

Our support workshop includes the following facilities to repair, rectify, modify and overhaul:

• Galleys and galley equipment


• Seats


• Safety equipment


• Upholstery


• Fibreglass


• Painting and sign writing


• Aircraft structures

Our non-destructive testing facility is approved by various airworthiness authorities. It is capable of providing testing on a wide range of materials and structures. We have personnel qualified with Level 2 and 3 Personnel Certifications in Non-Destructive Testing (PCN) from the UK.

The following are NDT techniques we employ:

• Magnetic particle inspection


• Penetrant inspection


• Ultrasonic inspection


• Eddy current inspection


• X-Ray and gamma radiation inspection

Our wide range of calibration services are offered at Subang Jaya and include:
