You can check-in from anywhere, as early as 48 hours to 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time, even for connecting and returning flight segments. What's more, you can also use it to update your Enrich number.
Who can use it?
Passengers holding an E-Ticket with a confirmed booking. Available for groups up to 9 passengers (excluding infant count).
If you require special assistance, please check-in at the airport.
What do I need to check-in online?
All you need is an Internet-ready computer and a printer. You will also need Adobe Reader installed to open or view your boarding pass, which is in PDF format.

Before you check-in
- Please refer the information on your E-Ticket to check-in.
- For regional and international travel, please have your passport information ready.
After Check-in
- Bring along your printed boarding pass to the airport.
- For passengers with check-in baggage, please be present at the MAS Check-in or Bag Drop Counter not later than 60 minutes to departure.
- For passengers to international or regional destinations, please be present at the MAS Check-in or Rework Counter not later than 60 minutes to departure for travel documents verification.
- For travel within Malaysia, please bring along your valid passport, MyKad, MyKid or Birth Certificate (for children below 12 years old).
- For travel to international or regional destinations, please bring along your valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and visa, if required.
- Please read all information printed on the boarding pass.

Requirements for Advance Check-ins
- Have your baggage dropped off and tagged 8 hours before take-off. If flying in a group, check-in the day before 6pm onwards.
- Counters are open from 4am - 12pm daily.
